Today, I attended a birthday dinner at the Yukihana Japanese Steakhouse. This was the first time I ate at this restaurant. As I entered the restaurant I noticed the small and intimate setting. The seating is very close surrounding a hibachi grill. The dim lighting provides a relaxing environment to enjoy a meal. Japanese decorations and pictures of previous clients line the walls. My wife and I ordered two waters and two steak and chicken combination dinners. As the chef gathered the food to cook, we were served soup and salad. A small cup of miso soup is served first. There are a few slices of mushroom and onions in it. The broth is a little salty but tasty. I liked it. Next came the salad. It is very basic salad. The bowl is mainly lettuce and a few strips of carrots with a house dressing. The chef began with cooking scrambled eggs. The eggs were added to a large mound of rice and seasoned with soy sauce, peppers, salt. The rice was placed on our plates and then he moved on to the vegetables. A large mound of Broccoli cuts, carrots slices, onions slices, zucchini cuts were grilled and seasoned with the same ingredients as the rice. After this it was time to cook the meat. Two small shrimps and chunks of chicken breast covered with butter, chunks of steak were seasoned and cooked perfectly. Lastly, noodles were added. I waited to the end to eat the main meal and it was delicious. The overall experience was good. I enjoyed the entire meal. The food was tasty and filling. The portion size was just right. If I am in the neighborhood, I am willing to come back.

Everything went well. Food was delicious and we are planning coming back. So, so, so good!

The food was outstanding, especially the scallops which were the best I had in a very long time. The service was great, and the ambiance was very relaxing

Had a lovely hibachi dinner with 6 the other evening. Inside it's a typical hibachi restaurant with 6 hibachi tables with 8-10 seats. There is also a small sushi bar with seats. Nice dim lighting inside as well! Our server was pleasant and attentive. Good at water refills and making sure our soup and salad came out quickly. Our hibachi chef was nice and did a good job at providing a fun show. All in the group had hibachi dinners that included fried rice, noodles, veggies, soup and salad. It was a going away party/early birthday dinner and we had some yummy oranges cut up for us. It was a sweet treat! The food was yummy and I enjoyed my hibachi chicken and all the sides that came with it! Yum yum sauce was slo delicious! Great hibachi place! Food wise it was all good and plentiful.

Great place. We used to frequent the other place at City Center but it seems to have gone down hill. This is our new go to place! Check it out!

This is hands down our favorite hibatchi in the 757!!! We go here at least once every other month and the other month attempt a different hibatchi in the area. We always come back to Yuki. It may not have the flair and show of those down the street but their food is the freshest and tastiest around. The family that owns the place knows us well and have watched our kids grow up. They're kind and run a great establishment!

It has been YEARS since I have been here. When I say years, I mean about a decade! I recently moved back! Tonight was date night, and I was craving hibachi. I remembered this place being so good. So we crossed our fingers and headed right over! When we got there..it was about 5:45 PM and not ONE person was there. It was just us. It made me worry that just maybe this restaurant had gone down hill over the years. Why was it so empty. As we looked through the menu they took our drink orders. My husband chatted for about 10 minutes as they were heating up the grill. All of a sudden people were just coming in like crazy! By the time it was 6 o clock it was a full house! Not one seat was available. It was crazy! My worries of this restaurant going down hill had gone away. We ordered the filet mignon and shrimp. Our chef was awesome. Ive been to a lot of hibachi places, but this guy was a real comedian. The people we sat with were fun as well, and they ordered some pretty cool looking drinks. Make sure to check them out when you go! I didn't get the chance to, but they looked so cool! The food was delicious. One thing I love about hibachi...it's fresh! Right off the grill! And it was a lot! My husband and I were pigs, and we aren't a huge fan of left overs...so we destroyed our food and literally ate every bite. HOWEVER, my one complaint...is the yum yum sauce. It was literally like water...and yum yum sauce is a favorite for a lot of people...and it's hard to dip if your dip doesn't stick to your food and just runs off like water. I would fix that ASAP. I'll be back! I enjoyed my experience.
